July 12: Neon Sunday
Wear colors that are brighter than the summer sun!
July 19: Disney Sunday
Dress up as your favourite Disney character, wear your mickey ears, or whatever Disney attire you have!
July 26: Mismatched Sunday
Polka dots and stripes or plaid and animal print, just make sure nothing matches!
August 2: Animal Sunday
Pick an animal, or choose your favourite, and dress up like them!
August 9: Future Sunday
School is starting. Dress up like what you want to be when you grow up!
June 7: Book Character Sunday
Dress up like your favourite book character! Junie B. Jones, Nancy Drew, Percy Jackson, Jack and Annie, The Baudelaire children, etc.
June 14: Dress Like a Parent Sunday
Pick a parent and dress up like them! If your mom likes to wear sweaters, wear a sweater. If your dad likes to wear baseball hats, wear a baseball hat.
June 21: Pirate Sunday
Ahoy mateys! Dress up like a pirate! Bonus points if you talk like a pirate all day.
June 28: Jersey Sunday
Time to show support to your favourite athlete or sports team! College, WNBA, NBA, NWSL, NHL, PWHL, NFL, AFL, MLB, AUSL, PVF, WLL, Premier League, Olympic, etc.
July 5: Patriotic Sunday
It's 4th of July Weekend! Wear your red, white, and blue.

We Believe
We believe that children can be taught the same Word of God as adults if presented in such a way as to make it interesting and fun. We believe that we have all sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. We believe the Father sent His son, Jesus, to die on a cross and be risen again to pay the debt of all our sin - past, present, and future - so that we can all have a personal relationship with God. We believe that everyone is called to share the Gospel, and kids are no exception. We believe that every child is able to share the Good News of Jesus with anyone they meet, and that it is our job to equip every child with the tools they need to do so.
Our Mission
We will foster an environment of growing, grasping, and going. Growing in the Spirit, our understanding of the Gospel, and our relationship with God. Grasping what the Bible teaches us about who God is. And living missionally by going to all people and nations sharing the Good News wherever we are.

On Sundays, we have 3 different age group classes.
Surge Kids: 1st-5th grade
The Reef: preschool and kindergarten
The Cove: birth through age 2
In the two older classes (Surge and Reef), kids will get to spend time with worship, crafts, coloring, games, Bible story, discussion, and application. And of course we try to make learning the Bible fun and memorable!
We do not require children to be dropped off in Kids Point. If you prefer to have your children with you in service you are more than welcome to do so!

In Kids Point we use a check in system that allows for safe drop off and pick up of your children.
When you use the last 4 digits of your phone number, your child will get a nametag and a special code. This code is unique to your child, and only you will know what it is. When you come to pick up your child after service, just show the code to your child’s teacher and you’re all set!
If you’re planning on dropping off your kids in Kids Point, but you have never done so before, you can fill out this form to make check in easier for you on Sunday!

When you have checked in your child on Sundays, your child’s teacher will have the ability to text you during service if needed.
This text system has 5 pre-set messages that we can use to let you know how your child is doing. We are not able to spam you with texts, or text you outside of the service times.

We don’t believe in providing “daycare” on Sunday mornings. Each week we have a lesson prepared that will provide your child with the tools they need in order to begin building their foundation on God.
What that includes is learning and memorizing Scripture, understanding Bible stories and seeing God in the Word and in their world, learning what prayer and worship is and what it looks like, and being equipped with the tools they need to live a life dedicated to God.
We also have a weekly Sunday Summary sent to parents through email that includes the lesson your child learned, the memory verse, discussion questions, and any news or updates for Kids Point.

We have a Mother’s Lounge available for those who need a place to change a diaper or feed their baby.
The Mother’s Lounge is located to the left of the sanctuary in the Kids Point Room. Unfortunately, there is not a changing table in the bathroom of Rosewood Commons (our temporary Sunday service location), so we have a diaper changing table available for you to use. Parents of young children are also able to watch the service from the lobby if you need a space for your child to walk/crawl around without missing the service.
